Ureshino Hot Springs, located in Saga Prefecture in Kyushu, takes pride in having the largest number of hot springs in Japan.
It is a hot spring location blessed by peaceful, mountainous terrains and clear air.
It is close to Saga Airport and is also part of a sightseeing route in Kyushu, in which tourists travel the Kyushu region on buses and trains, meaning that it is very easy to access.
There are one-day hot springs and foot baths scattered around Ureshino Hot Springs, available for you to enjoy its waters known for being one of the top three skinrejuvenating waters in Japan.

A garden designed by Kazuyuki Ishihara, a landscape artist who won the gold medal three times in a row at the Chelsea Flower Show in London, which is regarded as the home of gardening. It is visible from the entrance to our hotel as well as from the public bath.

  • Do you have staff who can speak foreign languages?

    We have staff who can speak English, but they might not be available at all times, in which case the Prefectural Call Center will be at your service.

  • Do you offer a shuttle service?

    We have a shuttle service between the bus stop at Ureshino interchange or Ureshino Bus Center and our hotel.
    Please call us when you arrive at the bus stop. We will be there to pick you up in 5 - 10 minutes.

  • Could you please tell me the latest check-in time?

    If you have made a reservation for plans that include dinner, please check in by 7:30pm
    Please note that if you do not check in by 7:30pm, we consider that you have abandoned your dinner plans, and dinner will automatically be canceled.
    If your plan does not include dinner, please check in by 11:00 p.m.

  • My reservation does not include dinner. Are there any restaurants nearby?

    There are several restaurants in the town such as Japanese, sushi, ramen, izakaya, and Western restaurants.
    The hotel dinner must be reserved at least one day in advance. We do not accept reservations for the same day.

  • I don't like entering the large baths with other people, is there some kind of alternative?

    Although you will be charged extra fess, private bath is available (reservation required).
    There is a bath in the guest rooms, but they do not use water from the hot springs.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, and China UnionPay cards.
